By accessing this website or purchasing from Florida Marine Tuning, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Florida Marine Tuning provides Yamaha outboard ECU tuning products and services. Compatibility must be confirmed before flashing, and customers are responsible for providing accurate engine and ECU information when ordering.

All sales are final. If a customer selects the wrong product, Florida Marine Tuning may allow an exchange for the correct product before service is performed. Please review our Refund / Exchange Policy before purchasing.

Florida Marine Tuning reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order if:

• required compatibility information is missing
• the submitted ECU is not supported
• the engine or application does not match the ordered tune
• we believe the order cannot be fulfilled correctly or safely

Tuning results can vary depending on hull, propeller, load, fuel quality, engine condition, operating conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Marine Tuning disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific performance outcomes. Products and services are provided as-is.

Florida Marine Tuning is not responsible for:

• improper installation or removal of ECUs
• customer misuse
• mechanical failures unrelated to the tuning service
• damage caused by poor fuel, overheating, impact, corrosion, neglect, or pre-existing engine issues
• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for following the minimum fuel requirement listed on each product page.
