Florida Marine Tuning provides nationwide mail-in ECU tuning service.

Customers are responsible for removing their ECU, packaging it securely, and shipping it to us using the instructions provided after purchase.

Customers are responsible for:

• shipping their ECU to Florida Marine Tuning
• packaging the ECU safely
• including order and contact information with the shipment

Florida Marine Tuning is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss caused by shipping carriers or improper packaging before the ECU is received by us.

Return shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, shipping carrier performance, and compatibility verification requirements.

If there is an issue with ECU compatibility, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

Customers should not ship ECUs without first placing an order or contacting us for instructions.
